In partnership with colleagues at William James College, this training will provide you with an introductory overview of the Section 12 process and other voluntary and involuntary commitments for mental health emergencies. The session will include a presentation followed by a panel discussion with clinical, legal, law enforcement, and community partners with opportunities for Q&A.
