This training provides court clinicians and community providers with effective case management skills to help them navigate trauma, including:

Reflective listening
Productive engagement
Building a healthy client relationship

In addition, barriers and challenges associated with client motivation and goal attainment, Miller and Rollnick's motivational interviewing, and Prochaska's stages of changes will all be discussed.
