Dara C. Drawbridge, Ph.D. is a criminologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and Department of Psychiatry and Co-Director of the Center of Excellence for Specialty Courts. Dr. Drawbridge's research focuses on the intersection of criminal justice and behavioral health and implementation of risk-need-responsivity.

Meaghan Flaherty Dupuis, LMHC, a mental health clinician with 13+ years of clinical experience within the correctional health care field, directs the day-to-day operations and administrative practices for the Health & Criminal Justice program’s contracts. Meaghan is the Executive Director of the Justice, Health & Equity Department at UMass Chan. She also oversees operations for the Academic Consortium on Criminal Justice Health, an academic community focused on correctional health care that is supported by Commonwealth Medicine, and its Academic and Health Policy Conference on Correctional Health.
Nicole LeBlanc, LICSW

Nicole is a statewide presenter on topics such as psychological trauma, substance abuse issues / opioid crisis, effective case management skills, secondary trauma / compassion fatigue and self-care. Nicole is also an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester NH and has been teaching for well over 10 years. Nicole has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 25 years and a psychotherapist for 15 years. Her clinical work experience also includes child protection and investigative services, family shelters, Inpatient psychiatric care and urgent care settings.
Leana Pilet, LMHC

Leana Pilet is an Adult Trauma Integration Specialist who provides training to enhance trauma informed care. Leana's experience includes clinical, management, and training positions within various levels of care for adolescents and adults. Leana has worked with people impacted by a dual diagnosis, mental health disorder, trauma, and sexual assault. Leana is a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts with a background in expressive arts therapy.
David Stanley, MSW, LCSW

In his current position, David collaborates with a range of human and criminal justice services to enhancing their capacity to provide trauma-informed, integrated care. David has worked in various management and clinical positions for over thirty years and as a staff training specialist since 1995. He has developed and implemented a wide range of online and in-person staff training on a wide range of topics including substance use disorders and trauma.
Jazmine Washington, MSW

Jazmine is a macro-focused social worker whose interests include social justice, equity, and organizational change. In her current position she assists trauma integration staff in trauma integration planning and conducts trainings on various topics related to trauma, substance use, and social justice.
Ayorkor Gaba, PsyD

Dr. Ayorkor Gaba is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical school as well as the Director of the Equity Division at the Massachusetts Center of Excellence for Specialty Courts. Dr. Gaba's research aims to inform programs, practices, and policies to eradicate behavioral health and health care disparities, foster structural change, and enhance community engagement in research and implementation practice. As a researcher and clinician, her current work is at the intersection of health equity and health justice, behavioral health, and the criminal legal system.

TREAT Project Manager
Hilary Deignan co-manages the consumer-led Implementation Council that supports MassHealth’s One Care program and performs policy analysis at Health Law and Policy. Areas of analysis include value-based payment models, integrated health care, housing supports, and innovations to support pediatric primary care practices in reaching population health goals. Ms. Deignan has a particular interest in pediatric and disability related health policy.
Elizabeth Boyes, MPH

TREAT Policy Analyst
Elizabeth Boyes supports writing and research activities by identifying, obtaining, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, reviewing literature, and gathering information on the costs, utilization, quality and access to health care services. Areas of analysis include expanding Medicaid enrollment for people who are incarcerated, grandparents raising grandchildren, behavioral health policy, and substance use disorder policy.
