The Recovery Court 103 training is focused on learning about Court-Based Behavioral Health Initiatives. During this training you will learn more about the Section 35 & Section 12 processes, pathways to access the Community Justice Support Centers, the BH-JI Initiative, Project North, and the Dee Kennedy Project. The training team will provide an overview of the target population for specialty courts and some data related to participants within the MA system.
